Macronix offers an extensive line of 3V Industry-Standard Parallel Flash memory products from 2Mb to 512Mb densities. These products feature Boot and Uniform Sector architectures in x8, x16, and x8/x16 selectable configurations. Macronix Flash memory provides customers with cost-effective, high performance and reliable products that offer low-power consumption, reliability and high endurance.
The 3V industry standard Parallel Flash products are available in two versions: standard read access family, MX29LVxxxx as well as page mode read access family, MX29GLxxxx.
Macronix also offers a family of 1.8V flash. 4Mb and 8Mb products use a Vcc of 1.8V, whereas the 16Mb and 32Mb products interface with I/O voltage of 1.8V. These products are used in applications like Bluetooth, MP3 Players, GPS as well as other portable applications.
